Appointment of Bishop Richard Kuuia Baawobr

We are pleased to announce that on 4 July 2020, the Holy Father has appointed as Member of the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Christian Unity Monsignor Richard Kuuia Baawobr, M.Afr., Bishop of Wa in Ghana.
Among his many responsibilities, Bishop Baawobr was also Vice Grand Chancellor of the Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies from 2010 to 2016.
