Passing of Father Dariusz Zielinski, MAfr

The PISAI joins its condolences to those of the Society of Missionaries of Africa (White Fathers) for the death of Father Dariusz Zielinski, which occurred on Tuesday the 12th November 2019 at Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), at the age of 53 years, of which 20 years of missionary life in Algeria, Mali, Poland and Burkina Faso. Unwell since the beginning of November he died of Dengue Fever before he could be repatriated to Poland for treatment.
Dariusz was born on the 25th March 1966 in Torun, in the Diocese of Warmia, Poland. He took his Missionary Oath on the 9th December 1995. He was ordained the following year, on the 6th July in Kwidzyn. Dariusz studied at PISAI in 1996-1998, before he went to work in Algeria. May he rest in peace.
