Ebeid and Clohessy present their new books
On Friday 29th April, two professors of PISAI, Bishara Ebeid and Christopher Clohessy, presented to the student body and to some of the academic staff the four books which, between them, they have published recently. Bishara Ebeid published La tunica di al-Masīḥ. La cristologia delle grandi confessioni cristiane (Pontificio Istituto Orientale, Roma) in 2018 and, in 2019, Elias of Nisibis. Commentary on the Creed (Tafsir al-amanah al-kabirah) (CNERU – CEDRAC, Beyrouth). Christopher Clohessy published the 2ND edition of Fâṭima, Daughter of Muḥammad (Gorgias Press, New Jersey) in December 2018 and, in the same month, Half of My Heart. The Narratives of Zaynab, Daughter of ʻAlî. All four books are now available in the ‘Maurice Borrmans’ Library of PISAI. The session was introduced and chaired by Prof. Adnane Mokrani.
