Two friends of PISAI nominated bishops by Pope Francis

An official event in the Vatican was the occasion for the meeting of two close friends of PISAI, both recently nominated bishop by Pope Francis. Comboni missionary Mons. Miguel Ángel Ayuso Guixot was a student at the PISAI, before beoming its Dean of Studies and, finally, its Rector, a position he held from 2006 to 2012. From June 2012 he has held the post of Secretary of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, and on 19th March 2016 he was ordained bishop by Pope Francis. Mons. Richard Kuuia Baawobr, Missionary of Africa, since 2010 Superior General of the Missionaries of Africa and Vice Chancellor of PISAI, was ordained bishop of the Diocese of Wa, Ghana, on 7th May 2016.
