The PISAI publishes 3 periodicals and a series of occasional publications. Of the periodicals 2 deal specifically with Muslim-Christian dialogue, a third one is a yearly monograph presenting Arabic texts and pertinent translations.

The occasional publications deal with specialized topics of interest for Orientalists.
